Andhra Pradesh Booking Rules
1. The tour will be operated subject to operational conditions.
2. The ticket is transferable.
3. There will be no refund for calamities that occur during the tour.
4. APTDC will not be responsible for any loss of properties of the tourists.
5. If a person travels as single person during the tour he/she will be accommodated in a single room during night halts on the purchase of single room accommodation ticket.
6. Three adults in the family will be accommodated in one double room by providing only extra mattress even though the third person is in possession of a double room ticket for the package tour.
7. Fares are exclusive of food charges.
8. Covered under LTC facility of state/ central governments.
9. Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.
10. Child means between 3 to 10 years.
11. Ticket fares are available as on the date of facility availed.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing director is final.
13. In case of low occupancy smaller vehicles will be arranged for conducted tours.
14. VAT Tax extra on food.
15. Refund policy is case of departmental cancellations/refunds due to poor service/break down in bus or rooms to be routed through corporate office by way of cheque basing on recommendations of DVM/CRM no cash refunds to be given in such cases.
16. Upgrading facility for rooms/tours: Full cancellations to be done and fresh reservations to be made subject to availability. Cancellation ruled will apply.
17. Charge per policy per credit card: Refunds for credit bookings is to be done through credit card and no cash refunds to be given.
Cancellation rules for tours:
1) Less than 24 hours. No refund/no postponement.
2) Between 24 hours and 48 hours, 50 % Fare per head deducted.
3)More than 48 hours rupees 100 per head to be deducted.
4) Proponents / postponements only once.
